Terms & Conditions
Clear, professional terms governing all services, consultations and residential engagements.
Please review carefully before proceeding.
Admissions & Suitability
All placements are offered by a structured consultation and assessment process. Availability is limited and places are not guaranteed.
A placement is confirmed only once acceptance has been confirmed and full payment received.
Initial Consultation
Every family begins with a private consultation and suitability assessment. As all residentials are highly individualised, this step is essential.
Consultation Fee: £750
Duration: 55 minutes
Format: Telephone, Teams or WhatsApp
All consultations are confidential and tailored to your family’s circumstances.
Assessment & Programme Recommendation
Following consultation, families who are considered suitable will be invited to complete a short assessment and formal application.
This stage enables us to design an appropriate pathway, which may include:
One-to-one residential support
Parent coaching and strategy work
A combined approach where appropriate
Upon acceptance, families receive a personalised enrolment pack outlining scope, expectations, and next steps.
