Why Families Trust Teencamps-UK

Damon’s approach is integrative and deeply personal, blending therapeutic techniques with real-world experience. His background from working as a doorman in Manchester to retraining later in life as a psychotherapist gives him a rare ability to connect authentically with teenagers, earning their respect and trust quickly.

Inspired by the Channel 4 series “Brat Camp”, Damon founded the UK’s first independent behavioural camps for teens in 2008, originally known as Teenbratcampuk. Over the years, he evolved the concept into today’s Teencamps-UK Residential Model — a discreet, therapist-led and highly effective intervention for families seeking professional behavioural change programmes in the UK and Spain.
