Before any immersive intervention is considered, families engage in a Private Family Systems Assessment.

This is a structured, senior-level review of the wider family system — behavioural patterns, relational dynamics, escalation risk and readiness for change.

The purpose is clarity and discernment.
Not escalation.

Who This Is For

Appropriate where there is:

• Escalating emotional or behavioural instability

• Persistent academic disengagement

• Entrenched conflict within the family system

• Anxiety-driven avoidance or dependency

• Diminished parental authority

• Repeated therapeutic plateau

Often requested when multiple professionals have been involved and progress remains fragmented.

This process is suited to families prepared to examine the system as a whole — not solely the behaviour of one individual.

The Assessment

A 90-minute strategic consultation including:

• Review of relevant developmental and family history

• Analysis of behavioural and relational cycles

• Risk and trajectory evaluation

• Assessment of psychological and environmental factors

• Determination of intervention suitability

Where appropriate, recommendations may include:

• Structured in-home recalibration

• Family or couples alignment work

• Private 1:1 residential intervention

• A phased, multi-layered engagement plan

Not every situation requires residential placement.
Not every case is suitable for immersive intervention.

Professional judgement is central.
