Teen Group Camps UK & Spain.
This is a male only bespoke transformational experience exclusively run under the expert guidance of Damon, Teen Behavioural Consultant and Psychotherapist.
The UK group camps are based in North West England and as they involve camping and hiking we may use a number of different locations depending on the time of year and weather conditions. UK group camps only run during school holidays.
UK February Half Term Camp 2025 - FULL.
Easter Holidays 13th - 19th April. 2025.
Summer Holidays 27th July - 30th August 2025.
All our UK group camps are "back to basics" whereby your young person will be completely away from all of life's modern distractions (i.e., mobile phones, computers, electricity etc.) and your young person will start to learn basic life skills.
Outdoor therapeutic behavioural work is so much more than just holding sessions in the outdoors.
Everything we do is designed to create a experience for your teen. Whether your teen is building a fire, cooking, collecting wood, speaking with me or in a group, therapeutic behavioural work takes place throughout the day, every day.
Daily exercise and a healthy diet can do amazing things for the body in a short period of time and on our outdoor camps the teens get plenty of fresh air and exercise.
Our diet is basic, healthy and nutritionally sound and is mostly cooked over the camp fire.
Our Group Camps
Our group camps in Spain are run in the hills and countryside some 50 mins inland from Alicante airport. Camps run once per month throughout the year.
Availability :-
December 2024- Sunday 8th - Saturday 14th.
January 2025- Sunday 12th - Saturday 18th.
February 2025- Sunday 9th - Saturday 15th.
We engage with young people to explore their real selves away from their home environment and their peer group and this is achieved by using a therapeutic approach, responding to their individual needs.
Camp Objectives –
To acknowledge and address their behavioural issues which are having an effect on their family.
The camps are based on physical, mental and personal/ group work challenges in the outdoors which can help to develop the young persons inter-personal skills, self-discipline and self-confidence.
To increase self-esteem and instil a sense of self-worth which can underpin a positive contribution to society.
To raise confidence in young people who may be experiencing many issues that affect their learning and to always encourage active participation.
I strive to let teens learn as much as possible from the consequences of their actions as I feel that a lesson learned through hands-on experience is far more valuable than compliance with a rule established by an authority figure.
I know that teenagers can be heavily influenced by their peers and social media in both positive and negative ways so therefore I only have small numbers on each group camp, maximum of 4 per camp. (see our Terms and Conditions page).
I am with your young person from the moment they arrive to the time they leave. I will work with your young person to help them recognise the long-term value of their experiences at camp and by looking at the reasons behind their behaviours and how they can make changes for the better.
The camps are also an opportunity for your young person to experience a "Digital Detox holiday" from online gaming, social media, computer games, mobile phones and any other electronic devices and gives them a chance to completely disconnect from the modern world.

All 7 day UK camps run from Sunday to Saturday inclusive (unless otherwise agreed).
Included in the price for the duration of the camp are individual and/ or group therapeutic sessions.

Please note that this price does NOT include flight or travel costs or any other costs incurred by yourselves to get your young person to and from Spain.
Our process for a Group camp in Spain.
If you would like for your young person to be considered for a place on a Group Camp (or a drug and alcohol rehab) in Spain then please complete the online Application Form.
If your are successful, dates and times to be agreed by both parties.
I will meet you and your young person at Alicante airport and return to the same venue after camp has ended.
It may be possible to accommodate your young person at short notice, please contact us to discuss.

Our process for a Group camp in UK.
If you would like for your young person to be considered for a place on a Group Camp (or a drug and alcohol rehab) in UK then please complete the online Application Form.
If you are successful, dates and times to be agreed by both parties.
I will meet you and your young person at the meeting point in Porthmadog North Wales and return to the same venue after camp has ended.
