A confidential, founder-led assessment to determine the most appropriate course of intervention residential or otherwise. This is a structured, senior-level review of the wider family system behavioural patterns, relational dynamics, escalation risk and readiness for change. This is a professional engagement. Following Assessment
If your young person is deemed suitable to attend then families may be invited to proceed with a structured intervention pathway. Residential placements proceed strictly following assessment and professional discretion. Capacity is intentionally limited to preserve depth of oversight and outcome integrity.
